The Bespoke collection allows you to start with a refined base model and personalise it with your choice of size, coloured aluminium frame, lighting temperature and premium features. Choose the minimalist frameless design or add a sophisticated coloured frame, adjustable lighting, demister, touch controls, Bluetooth speakers or the Mirage™ magnetic magnifier.

With its versatile proportions and soft architectural form, the I-Series is an elegant choice for bathrooms, ensuites, powder rooms and double vanities.

Adjustable Colour Temperature: Upgrade from the standard 4000K lighting to adjustable 2700K–6500K colour temperature, allowing you to select warm, natural or cool lighting.
Warm or Cool LED Lighting: Alternative fixed colour temperatures are also available, including 2700K Warm White or 6500K Cool White.
Touch Sensor: Upgrade to a touch sensor for convenient control of the mirror's LED lighting directly from the mirror.
Multiple Touch Sensors: Choose the multiple-button configuration when you require control of additional mirror functions, including the demister's 1-hour automatic cut-off.
Demister: Add a built-in demister with a 1-hour automatic cut-off to help maintain a clear reflection when your bathroom becomes steamy. Please note: The 1-hour automatic demister cut-off is available with the multiple-button control configuration.
Bluetooth Speakers: Add integrated Bluetooth speakers to enjoy music, podcasts or other audio while getting ready.
Mirage™ Magnetic Portable Magnifier: Add the optional magnetic magnifier for close-up grooming, skincare and makeup application.

Care Guide To clean this mirror, wipe it with a soft microfiber cloth or a lint free cloth that has been rinsed in warm water and wrung out well, then rub the mirror gently with a soft dry cloth.

Please do not use glass or window cleaner, or other cleaners with chemical agents. These may damage the silver coating and brown marks can result.

We endeavour to provide free shipping for most orders Australia-wide.

Please note, additional costs may apply if an item is shipped to a WA, TAS, NT and regional / remote locations due to surcharges from our freight partners. Once you place your order, we will notify you via email / phone call if this is case. If you do not accept the additional charges, the order will be cancelled.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

This item will be delivered via Standard Delivery via our partnered couriers. Items will be delivered to the ground floor front door only.

Dispatch & Delivery

Orders will be dispatched between 1-5 business days.

Please allow 7 business days for made-to-order items to be dispatched.

For mirrors by Bisque Traders only, please allow up to 21 days for dispatch from payment.

Estimated delivery times should only be used as a guide only. Mirror Space will not be liable for any late deliveries.

Please ensure there is someone ready to accept the goods on your side as FUTILE delivery charges will apply (plus a re-delivery fee) if delivery is rejected or location/site is unattended.

There are some areas we cannot deliver to due to a lack of courier services or high-risk of product breakage. We will cancel your order and contact you if this is the case.

Damages

If your item(s) arrive damaged, we are here to help. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos to returns@mirrorspace.com.au. We will provide a refund, replacement, or make other suitable arrangements for you.

Please note this excludes Philbee Interior mirrors under $350.00.

Cancellations

We may not be able to cancel an order if it's already in the shipping process. To speak with a customer service representative and enquire about cancelling or changing an order that's already been placed, please call Mirror Space on 0411556845.

Returns

We do not accept returns or cancellations for made-to-order products.

We do not accept returns for change of mind for all Lumixe products.

For all other brands, you can return an item within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition, unopened, undamaged, and without any additional markings, stickers or tape. Please keep in mind that we can only provide a credit for the returned item, minus a 15% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping.

PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE

If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date, let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.
