What happens if an item is out of stock?

Upon receiving your order, we confirm stock availability with suppliers. If an item is backordered or unavailable, we'll void the pre-authorisation and notify you via email with an expected availability timeframe.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, browse our online catalog, choose your mirror, customise it if needed, add to cart, proceed to checkout, and provide shipping and payment details.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we currently do not offer international shipping.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders within Australia.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

We endeavour to deliver to most locations within Australia. However there are some regional and remote locations that we cannot deliver to due to a lack of courier services or a high risk of mirror breakage during transit. If this is the case, we will cancel the order and void the payment and send you an email notification.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your delivery's status and estimated arrival time.

If you need to change the delivery instructions, such as allowing authority to leave, please contact the courier as soon as you can by phone call or email. Please note any changes cannot be actioned once the order is out for delivery.

Do you deliver to apartments and multi-story buildings?

Standard deliveries are for the ground-level only. If you live in an apartment or multi-story building and need your item delivered to an upper floor, please contact us and/or provide special delivery instructions during checkout. There might be an additional charge depending on the situation.

What if my mirror arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a refund, replacement or other suitable solution.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, altered, exchanged, or refunded. 

We may not be able to cancel an order if it's already in the shipping process. To speak with a customer service representative and enquire about cancelling or changing an order that's already been placed, please call Mirror Space on (02) 8007 4810 or send us an email at sales@mirrorspace.com.

Yes, we offer custom rectangular mirrors, bathroom mirrors and frameless mirrors with various customisation options.

How do I clean my mirror?

To properly clean a mirror and avoid corrosion, it is recommended to mix a spray bottle with 95% water and 5% Isopropyl alcohol, spray onto a microfiber cloth or chamois and wipe the mirror, leaving no traces of moisture.

Avoid using harsh or abrasive cleaners or materials that could scratch the mirror's surface or damage the frame.


Is there a warranty on your products?

Decorative mirrors have a 1-year residential warranty.

Remer products have a 5-year residential and 1-year commercial warranty.

Do you offer installation services?

Contact us for assistance and we can refer you to some installers we know and trust. Sydney metro customers only.

Do you repair mirrors?

No, we do not offer mirror repair services.

Do you provide wall screws for hanging mirrors?

No, since the type of screw needed would depend on your type of wall. Most of the mirrors would have hangers at the back already fixed.
