Shipping
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders at sales@mirrorspace.com.au.

Policies
Made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, altered, exchanged or refunded.
Damages:
If your item(s) arrive damaged, we are here to help. Please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery and send photos to returns@mirrorspace.com.au. We will provide a refund, replacement, or make other suitable arrangements for you.
Cancellations:
We may not be able to cancel an order if it's already in the shipping process. To speak with a customer service representative and enquire about cancelling or changing an order that's already been placed, please call Mirror Space on (02) 8007 4810.
Returns:
We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases for this product.
Return of incorrect goods must be made in writing to returns@mirrorspace.com.au within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reason for return.
The product must be in its original condition, undamaged, and without any additional markings, stickers or tape. Our dispatch team will carefully inspect the returned item to ensure it is saleable.
The customer is required to pay a restocking fee of 25% of the total invoiced sum. Once the return is approved, we will issue the credit promptly.
Price Match Guarantee
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.
To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

Care Instructions
Our shaving cabinets are made of aluminium, which is a soft, light metal, with a bright silver colour. It is extremely resistant to corrosion and therefore does not require any protective varnish
Clean your mirrors using methylated spirits and water a ratio at 30% methylated spirits and 70% water. Please avoid getting water on the back and sides of the mirror as damage to silver backing can occur.
Do not use harsh window cleaners. We also recommend if you live in coastal areas wiping around the edge of the mirror once a month to avoid salt built up that can cause silver creep.
