Great value for money. I have purchased a few make-up mirrors over the years which have all been over priced for the same mirror. Beautiful finish. Great customer service and speedy delivery. Highly recommended.

The mirror is lovely and arrived in perfect condition. The delivery person was very professional, he opened the large box and checked that the mirror arrived as ordered and that there were no concerns with the product. The web site specifications mention it can be hung portrait but it can be hung landscape as well. I love it!

We purchased two mirrors to go above our double vanity. They look fantastic and I love the option to change the light colour from cool to warm white. The lights also dim if you place your hand in front of the sensor. This is a bit of a design flaw as the lights dim every time you lean over the basin. I wish this was a function you could turn off as it’s really annoying.
Good morning Steve,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — we really appreciate it.
I completely understand how frustrating it can be when the sensor activates unexpectedly. The motion sensor is designed to detect movement within approximately 100mm of the mirror surface. Beyond that range, it shouldn’t normally respond to motion. In most standard bathroom setups, the distance between the vanity and the mirror is sufficient to prevent accidental activation — especially since the sensor is positioned near the base of the mirror to minimise this.
We’ve tested this setup using a similar configuration (around 400mm from the vanity edge) and weren’t able to replicate the dimming issue, but there may be variations depending on how the mirror is installed or the vanity depth.
Unfortunately, the dimming function is integrated with the LED lighting system, so it can’t be turned off independently. However, there are a few options that may help reduce the issue:
1. Adjust the installation height: If possible, lowering the mirror slightly closer to the vanity may reduce the sensor’s exposure to motion.
2. Use a wall switch (not ideal): Set the mirror to your preferred brightness and colour temperature, then turn it on and off via the wall switch. To avoid accidental activation, the sensor can be discreetly covered (for example, with a small black marker dot).
We haven’t encountered this issue before. To our knowledge, all touchless mirrors with dimmer functions on the market operate in a similar way. That said, we’ll definitely take this feedback on board and explore ways to improve the design.
As you have two mirrors, could you please check whether both behave the same way? This will help us confirm if it’s an installation-related issue or possibly a fault with one of the units.
We’re sorry we can’t offer a more immediate fix, but we truly appreciate your input — it helps us refine our designs and improve our customer experience.
Kind regards,
Leanne
